Lost Artist Bingo Ridley

The original text of Bingo Ridley as the civically drugged mail/garbage man of the future, whose life ends as a cold turkey protest/art event, was lost; this is an attempt to pick up the threads of his story.

There was also the outsider tale of a female who was not drugged/controlled, and used by scientists to observe the non-modified human in action. The story starts in violence as she cries out her rage into the dead city night after killing an assailant who tried to rape her.
